I used to work for T-Mobile as a customer service rep. Wirefly 9 times out of 10 was underhanded in their dealings with customers. They omitted information, and often refused to correct their discrepancies leaving the customer between a rock and hard place. Deal carefully with companies like this as they are independent and often have their own contracts in addition to the main one between yourself and the carrier. This is strictly my opinion!
